   Yes, it is very important that an auction company is knowledgeable about and experienced in the banking industry. This is because most real estate transactions deal with a lender. In many cases, a lender is involved on the seller’s end, where negotiation is required for the the timing or release of a lien, or the lender is involved on the buyer’s end, arranging financing that will allow them to bid.
