Who Pays for the Advertising?

   Auction companies have different policies about their advertising budgets. The question should be: “Who will do the best job in presenting my property and have qualified serious buyers ready to bid on sale day?” One of the keys to a successful auction is creating an advertising budget that is reasonable in relation to the expected selling price.  Additionally, it is not just the amount of money spent, but also the experience to spend it in the most effective places.

   EHI will develop an advertising budget based on the type of property, its experience with that type of property and the expected sale price. The seller pays for the advertising after approving the budget. Once approved, EHI does all the work.
